How does the ordering process work for online purchases?
Step 1: Select the garment (e.g. t-shirt, long sleeve shirt, sweater, etc.) of your choice.
Step 2: Enter your specifications such as: color and size of garment and number of sides to print (e.g. front, back, sleeves).
Step 3: Upload your file(s) that you would like print on your garment and enter any additional information such as the location of the print.
Step 4: Check-out and proceed with payment.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations will not be accepted after Imprimerie LPC has sent out the order confirmation as we start working on orders immediately upon reception.
How long does it take to produce my garment?
Generally, orders are ready within 2 business days (however we cannot guarantee production and delivery time). Once your order is ready, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the shipping details.
What file types do you accept?
Jpeg, tiff, png and pdf
Does my file need to be high resolution?
No. However the higher the resolution, the higher the quality of your print. We strongly recommend uploading an image of 3,000 x 3,000 Pixels or higher to ensure a quality print.
Can I upload my own design?
The artwork uploaded will be printed “AS IS” therefore we recommend reviewing the file and ensuring that unwanted backgrounds and/or pictures are removed from the file. If you have any questions about your file, please contact us at [email protected] before you complete your order.
Please ensure that you have the legal rights to the artwork file that you upload. It is not the responsibility of Imprimerie LPC to ensure that you have the proper rights.
What are your shipping options for garments?
Imprimerie LPC offers shipping throughout Canada.
Local orders are shipped within 1 business day after the order is prepared.
Once the order is shipped, it normally takes between 1-2 business days to be delivered (shipping time may vary depending on certain factors such as location, carrier, etc.).
Orders can be tracked using your order tracking number
Shipping fees will be calculated in the checkout phase based on your address.

What are the payment options?
We offer secure payments via Credit Cards and PayPal.
Why does my item have an odor?
Our garments are pre-treated using solutions that infuses the ink into the fabric. This pre-treatment generates an odor that will be eliminated after the first wash.
How do I take care of my item?
For a long-lasting garment, please follow these care directives:
– Wash on delicate (washing inside out with cold water)
– Do NOT iron the graphic
– Do NOT use bleach
– Air dry or use the low settings on your dryer
What are your return and refund policies?
The garments are made to order (custom orders) therefore we cannot extend refunds. Replacements are offered only if the following are applicable:
If the product is defective upon delivery, we offer to send you a replacement of the product.
If the product is misprinted, we offer to send you a replacement of the product.
For returns, please follow these steps:
1. Please email [email protected] to inform us of the return.
Include the word “Return” in the subject of the email and the following information in the email: order number, your name, and the reason for the return.
2. We will respond to your email with the return information within 2 business days.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the items.
3. Once we receive the defective item, we will produce the replacement item and send you an email once it is ready.
