These terms and conditions below outline the rules and regulations for the use of ImprimerieLPC.com. This Web site is provided by Imprimerie LPC (referred throughout this Web site as “we”, “us” & “our“) as a service to our customers. Please review the following rules that govern your use of the ImprimerieLPC.com site (the “Site”). By accessing this site, ImprimerieLPC.com. assumes that you accept all the Terms and Conditions. If you are not in agreement with all these terms and conditions, please cease using ImprimerieLPC.com.

Section A: Pricing
Prices listed throughout this site are in Canadian currency and they exclude taxes and shipping cost. The client will have the responsibility to pay all shipping cost, if applicable.
Section B: Quotation
Quotes are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date the quote is provided. Quotations are based on the cost of production at the time the quote is provided as such they are subject to change on or after acceptance of the order to meet the increase or decrease in such cost. If the file(s) submitted to Imprimerie LPC and/or order(s) does not reflect the initial quote specifications, Imprimerie LPC will notify the client of the change to the initial quote and the increase in price before starting production.
Section C: Purchase
To confirm your acceptance of a quotation, you must submit a confirmation via email or in written form to Imprimerie LPC. In the confirmation, the specifications (e.g. quantity, final artwork, location of print, etc.) must be provided. Once your confirmation is submitted, Imprimerie LPC will provide you an order confirmation via email, if the purchase is accepted. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the specifications provided with the confirmation matches the specifications in the original quotation. In the case of any discrepancy between the confirmation with the specification and the initial quotation, Imprimerie LPC will base its production on the specifications of the confirmation which may give rise to additional cost.
Section D: Payment
Orders must be paid by PayPal or credit card prior to the release of the finished product. Imprimerie LPC reserves the right to request a 50% deposit on orders over $250 prior to production (in the case of bulk orders). All printed products belong to Imprimerie LPC until full satisfaction of payment.
Section E: Additional Information
Imprimerie LPC will notify the client in the event additional time and/or material is needed following an order modification. Additional cost may be incurred for the following reasons: modification to the artwork, increase ink usage, additional set-up time, extra prepress time, changes to original specifications, etc.
Imprimerie LPC reserves the right to suggest modifications to your order to improve the overall quality of the order and/or limit waste.
Imprimerie LPC assumes no responsibility to keep historical customer orders and artwork.
Section F: Shipping and Delivery
Garments normally take within 5 business days to be printed and shipped (however we cannot guarantee production and delivery time). Once you order it ready, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the shipping details.
Any date given for delivery is based on an estimate only therefore it is not legally binding. We will put forward our best efforts to meet the estimated date however, under no circumstances will Imprimerie LPC be held responsible for any damages resulting for such a delay.
Section G: Cancellation
Cancellations will not be accepted after Imprimerie LPC has sent out the order confirmation. Imprimerie LPC reserves the right to charge the client all the cost it incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Section H: Return and Refund
The garments are made to order (custom orders) therefore we cannot extend refunds. Replacements are offered only if the following are applicable:
If the product is defective upon delivery, we offer to send you a replacement of the product.
If the product is misprinted, we offer to send you a replacement of the product.
Any claims for defective and/or damaged product must be submitted to Imprimerie LPC within 4 weeks of the reception of the item.
For items shipped, a claim for a lost package must be submitted to Imprimerie LPC within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
For returns, please follow these steps:
1. Please email [email protected] to inform us of the return.
Include the word “Return” in the subject of the email and the following information in the email: order number, your name, and the reason for the return.
2. We will respond to your email with the return information within 2 business days.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the items.
3. Once we receive the defective item, we will produce the replacement item and send you an email once it is ready.
Section I: Limited Liability and Indemnity
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. All products and services delivered to the client through the site are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
The client agrees to indemnify and not hold responsible Imprimerie LPC from any claim, loss, expense, and/or damages arising out of the violation of copyright or trademark laws from the illegal use of images, photographs, slogans, trademarks, or graphical work supplied by the client.
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms and Condition of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Site or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Site or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Section J: Force Majeure
Imprimerie LPC shall not be liable for any loss or damage, and shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance hereunder cause by labour dispute or disturbance, government order or requirements, inability to secure material, acts of God, casualty, disaster, wars and other civil disturbances, pandemic, and other circumstances beyond its control (which includes the failure of its suppliers and/or subcontractors to perform).
